Why do 2D when you can see the environment in 3D?  Using similar technology as our 2D Mapping services — 3D models allow contractors, land developers, and architects to visualize their project. This can be done during the design phase, during construction or once the project is complete.

And, by adding measurements from your licensed surveyor, these models can become very accurate… allowing architects/designers to have a scaled three-dimensional model.

3D models are a terrific tool for architects and designers — by placing new designs into the current site it allows the whole design team to see what things will look like in the context of the area. This is also helpful during the permitting process and to show design concepts for investors.

  • Real-world context allows design concepts to be seen within the site’s context
  • Add and remove buildings within the 3D model
  • See “sight lines” from anywhere within the model
